Jonathan Rosenberg, Managing Partner
Jonathan is a New York-based criminal defense lawyer with a track record of achieving victories for his clients in both the trial and appellate courts. In his post-judgment practice, Jonathan has received notable reversals on behalf of both civil and criminal clients, including two favorable decisions in New York’s highest court. Jonathan is admitted to practice in New York, the Eastern and Southern district courts, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Originally from the West Coast, Jonathan has made Brooklyn his place of home and advocacy.

Samantha Imber, Associate Attorney
Samantha Imber is an associate attorney with a strong background in criminal defense and post-judgment litigation. Before joining Rosenberg, Samantha developed extensive experience in legal research, writing, and post-conviction investigations, including appellate research, CPL 440.10 investigations, and assisting in major exoneration cases across New York. Samantha has worked diligently to help clients challenge their convictions and assert their rights in both trial and appellate courts. Samantha is admitted to practice law in New York.

Hilary Chernin, Associate Counsel
Hilary Chernin is an accomplished litigation attorney with extensive experience at all stages of criminal proceedings, from arraignment to trial. Prior to working with Rosenberg, Ms. Chernin was an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office where she held the title of Assistant District Attorney in the Felony Trial Bureau. Ms. Chernin received her Bachelor of Arts from Skidmore College and a Juris Doctor from New York Law School. She is licensed to practice law in New York and the Southern and Eastern Districts.

Morgan Namian, Associate Attorney
Morgan is a dedicated appellate attorney with a strong foundation in criminal law and handling wrongful convictions. Prior to joining Rosenberg, Morgan spent three years in the Appeals Bureau as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx, where she handled state and federal criminal appeals and was part of the team that briefed the office's first United States Supreme Court case in over thirty years. As part of the District Attorney's Police Accountability Working Group, Morgan studied police misconduct, its impact on prosecution, and the extent to which internal disciplinary schemes prevent further misconduct. She also assisted the Conviction Integrity Unit with two wrongful conviction investigations, which inspired her decision to represent wrongfully convicted individuals full-time. Morgan is admitted to practice law before New York and the Southern District of New York.

Howard Greenberg, Senior Counsel
Howard Greenberg is a Brooklyn criminal defense lawyer committed to finding every hole in the case and maximizing the chances of winning on the odds. Having practiced before the state and federal courts for nearly 35 years, Greenberg is a prominent defense lawyer, mentor to Rosenberg, and proprietor of his own, separate practice at the same office location. Howard handles some litigation matters as counsel to the firm, offering a unique brand of wisdom, toughness, and experience in his advocacy.
